   CI Failure Triage Agent

   An AI agent that does the first pass when a GitHub Actions run fails and posts the likely cause to Slack in about 25 seconds. It's read-only and leaves unclear cases to a person. Tested on a demo pipeline with planted failures (12 of 12 correct).

   A finance assistant for a made-up company that answers only from company documents. Every answer comes with its source, and it refuses rather than guesses.
